A Senior Electrical Engineer is required as part of a Project Team being established in Basingstoke, UK to support a FEED engineering project for the debottlenecking of a gas plant and associated gathering network in North Africa.
The main responsibilities are:
Site Survey and verification of feasibility study.
Preparation of FEED deliverables and ITT SoW.
Support the Cost Estimating Team
Support the Electrical Lead as required
Essential knowledge and experience:
Significant experience of technical and team leadership within a project environment working in the Energy Sector Industry either as a Contractor or Company Personnel.
Technically competent in all aspects of electrical engineering. Experience in Concept, Basic/FEED and/or Detail Engineering projects for the Energy Sector (on-shore).
Experience in design of power distribution systems for electrical networks; electrical equipment specifications/datasheets; substation, switch room and plant layout design; electrical surveys for O&G plants; experience in review of power system studies and updating existing models.
Fully conversant with IEC standards and Energy Sector standard practices.
Desirable knowledge and experience:
Solar Power Generation System Design for Gathering systems.
Brownfield onshore design.
