SmartWorking (Hybrid Working)
EniProgetti UK operates a SmartWorking policy allowing personnel
to work for up to 12 working days/month from home or a similar
secure UK location and these 12 days can be available even where
personnel are on leave for a portion of the month. As such, typically
around 60% of time working remotely is available for individuals
who wish to take advantage of this.
Description of Project/Role and Main Responsibilities
The Senior Document Controller will work as part of the EniProgetti UK Project Team on the Congo Wison Detailed Engineering Followup Project. They will support the project in all aspects related to technical, contractual and administrative document management, including but not limited to, the following:
Control and management of documentation issued by Contractors/Suppliers;
Preparation of transmittals for document exchange with 3rd parties;
Provision of training to Contractors/Suppliers on Document Management Systems and processes;
Preparation of progress reports (e.g. documents issued vs planned, forecast of deliverables to be issued etc); Collaboration with other project functions to prepare/update documentation (e.g. Management Procedures) Management of the information exchanged with 3rd parties (Government, project partners etc);
Attending meetings and workshops as required;
Archiving of all correspondence and administrative documentation.
Candidate's qualifications, professional experience and skills required for the position
Relevant experience as a Document Controller in the O&G industry particularly with operating companies.
Experience with SharePoint is necessary.
Experience in the use of the Eni EDMS (Assai) is beneficial.
Good written and spoken communication skills
