Position 1 - Associate Level - 2+ years experience - Ideally part CGI qualified or good experience
Position 2 - Senior Associate Level - 3+ years experience - Ideally CGI qualified/part or ample experience
About the roles:
·Making and maintaining good relationships with clients
·Board support and minute taking
·Managing Diligent Entities
·Advising on cosec compliance and governance matters
About you:
·Full/part qualified or good experience
·At least 2 years working in Governance in the UK
·Good working knowledge of the Companies Act 2006
·Good working knowledge of Diligent Entities
·Strong board support skills and minute taking is a must
·Experience within financial services or another regulated industry is desirable
·Experience working within Governance team at membership bodies/public sector is considered also
This is a FULLY REMOTE working role with occasional paid travel to meetings 1-2 times a month.
