The role is likely to be outside IR35 but the final decision will be made after a Qdos assessment

Job Description

ROLE 1
Principal Electrical Engineer with demonstrable experience of designing large industrial power systems for Energy transition projects for Pre-FEED and FEED work.
The experience shall include:
a) conceptual designs for onshore and / or offshore project
b) sizing and selection of 110kV / 11kV equipment, Large Frequency convertors, AC/ DC UPS systems etc.
c) Development of philosophies
d) Power Systems Studies (ETAP or equivalent).
e) Brownfield tie-ins at existing plants.

ROLE 2
Principal Electrical Engineer with demonstrable experience of designing electrical systems for various energy transition projects for Pre-FEED, FEED and PMC / EPC work.
Their experience shall include:

designs for onshore and / or offshore electrical distribution power systems.

development of SLDs / load lists,
sizing HV equipment including large Frequency convertors,
UPS systems,
development of philosophies, specifications and datasheets.
