Leatherhead 3 days office, 2 remote working (2 days office, 3 remote working could be possible).
The role is likely to be outside IR35 but the final decision will be made after a Qdos assessment
2 x Principal Electrical Engineers on an Pre-FEED / FEED, energy transition project for an initial 12 month contract role that has an immediate start and a target limited company rate to man of circa £62.00 per hour.
Principal Electrical Engineer with demonstrable experience of designing large industrial power systems for Energy transition projects for Concept studies.
The experience should include:
a) conceptual designs for onshore H2 project
b) sizing and selection of high voltage equipment, Large Frequency convertors, AC/ DC UPS systems etc.
c) Development of philosophies
d) Input to estimating.

The experience should include:
a) conceptual designs for onshore and / or offshore project
b) sizing and selection of high voltage equipment, Large Frequency convertors, AC/ DC UPS systems etc.
c) Development of philosophies
d) Power Systems Studies (ETAP or equivalent).
e) Brownfield tie-ins at existing plants.
This will require 2/3 days per week in the office.
