Job Title ICT Specialist
Job Purpose To assure the distribution of services ICT in coherence with the standards and the policy of Group; to characterize and to promote, of understanding with the responsible of unit, the employment of solutions ICT to support of the operating activities; to guarantee the analysis costs/benefits, the functional analysis them, the availability of the realization proposals.
Location: Basingstoke
Main Responsibilities
  • To administrated and maintains Company Servers.
  • To administrated, tunes, maintains network devices, switches and routers.
  • To administrated the security of Company Data.
  • To gathers the IT requirements for the overall business, specific departments, and specific projects.
  • To evaluate, recommends and implements IT solutions to meet business and end-user needs and requirements.
  • Provide the necessary technical and supervisory assistance, as per the Company ICT recommendations and to ensure the efficiency of the ICT services provided to users.
Key Activities
  • To co-ordinates specific development projects.
  • To plan and makes requisition for necessary equipment, supplies, and software for projects.
  • To ensure adequate and up-to-date documentation is provided for the support of products and systems.
  • To identify new IT technologies which are relevant for the business needs.
  • To identify business processes and information requirements.
  • Support users in terms of Desktop environment activities to keep the clients environment secure, available and always in line with business requirements and technological innovations.
  • Monitor and control all the "Help Desk" activities to insure the efficiency of the service provided.
  • Responsible for preparing ICT procedures according to Eni governance and procedures which comply with policies and procedures of SOA in line with Company ICT guidelines.

Education Bachelor Degree
Professional Qualifications Any computer related university degree
Training and Courses Optional; MCSE, CCNA, A+
Languages English, Italian (optional)
