Hourly Rate range: £25-30 per hour

Basingstoke

Immediate start, duration anticipated to be a minimum of 12 months and likely longer

Experience working in a large, international organisation is strongly preferred.

Strong Excel skills are required.

Knowledge of SAP workflows is advantageous but not an essential pre-requisite as the successful candidate will not be tasked with using it directly.

Important note – Although the job title for this position is General Services Officer, the requirement is for a Contracts Administrator who can assist the GS Manager in the management and administration of a number of large service contracts in place to support client operations. Contracts relate to Car Leasing, Travel Services, Non-technical support services, Office Management services, etc.

The appropriate candidate does not require prior experience in a GS function (or in an HR department) as we have the operational aspects of GS already covered by another resource in the department.  Instead, we seek an individual with a solid track record of contract administration, perhaps from a Project Services or Finance background who can utilise their knowledge of contracts administration in support of the GS function.
