Senior HR Advisor
HR experience from within the Oil & Gas industry, ideally in Upstream development projects
Long term, 12 months plus
1st of June 2018 start date.
Experience across all HR stages of project life cycle is preferred, Execution experience in particular is essential.
Experience working for owner-organisation is desirable but not mandatory.
To manage personnel administration activities (data entry in the company database, attendances record, drawing wage slips, permissions and missions monitoring). To analyze and to elaborate reports on labor costs and other relevant HR reports. To provide support in the determination of mobility and recruitment plans.
Main Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
· To coordinate payroll for expatriates staff and interface with Finance function
· Day to day HR ops activities
· To provide support on issues related to employment engagement
· To provide advice and assistance on HR policies and procedures
· To coordinate weekly and monthly reports
· To interface with HR Information System data management
Qualifications & Experience: Degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration
Required Competencies:
Knowledge of relevant HR policies and procedures
Experience in interpreting, advising and implementing such agreements and procedures
Ability to use a HR information system including, accessing, inputting, and compiling data
The verbal communication skills to communicate with a diverse client group
The written communication skills to produce succinct correspondence and reports
The ability to research, analyse and reason logically within tight and conflicting timeframes
Experience in leading and working effectively in teams
Experience in supervising staff and assuming responsibility for workload allocation
